ABOUT ME
Alyson Larkin is the founder of Fractional Counsel PLLC, a boutique law practice providing practical and business-focused legal counsel to companies, developers, investors, and operators. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate, hospitality, and transactional matters, with an emphasis on delivering responsive, solutions-oriented support tailored to each client’s business objectives.
Prior to founding Fractional Counsel, Alyson practiced at global law firms in Washington D.C., Dentons and Arnold & Porter, where she worked on a wide range of commercial real estate and hospitality matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and hotel operations. Her experience includes representing developers, investors, operators, and hotel owners across the United States and internationally. After practicing at global law firms, Alyson founded Fractional Counsel PLLC to provide a more modern approach to legal services — one grounded in efficiency, practicality, responsiveness, and the thoughtful use of technology alongside experienced legal counsel.
Alyson has experience supporting clients on both complex transactions and day-to-day commercial matters, and she values building long-term relationships centered around responsiveness, practicality, and thoughtful legal guidance. Her background in both commercial real estate and hospitality allows her to approach matters with a strong understanding of operational and business considerations alongside legal strategy.

University of Miami, Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics
The George Washington University Law School, with honors. In addition, Alyson served as the Articles Editor for the George Washington Internal Law Review.
